Mr Fazli Osman is our outstanding teacher and the Principal of REAL Private National School (Senior). He has 22 years of experience in the education field and actively involves himself in various school leadership and teaching roles in the Secondary National KSSM and International Cambridge Curriculums. He earned a Bachelor of Human Sciences and Heritage (Hons) and a Diploma in Professional Teaching Competency from the Institute of Education, International Islamic University, Malaysia. He also serves on the Malay Language CAIE Cambridge advisory panel and contributes to the MOE Centre of Curriculum Development.Mr Fazli is a highly approachable, supportive, and fair leader and teacher who is not afraid to make difficult decisions and supports the school community. He has set high expectations for a stimulating learning and teaching environment for students and has regularly displayed the excellent attitudes, values, and behaviour expected of REAL Schools National Senior students and teachers. Ms Ranjinidevi Radah Krishnan is a dedicated and forward-thinking Principal with over 14 years of experience in the education field, including 10 years in leadership and management. She has taught across various levels, with a strong foundation in Mathematics and English, bringing both academic expertise and leadership insight into her role.
Ms Ranjinidevi holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She has worked within diverse educational frameworks, including both national and international curricula such as CIE, IPC, IB, and DSKP, enabling her to adopt a well-rounded and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.As a school leader, Ms Ranjinidevi is a strong advocate for safeguarding and firmly believes that a safe, structured, and supportive environment is essential for effective learning. She is deeply committed to empowering both students and teachers, fostering a culture where individuals are encouraged to grow, take ownership, and become confident, future-ready learners.Throughout her career, she has led various school improvement initiatives focused on enhancing teaching quality, strengthening student outcomes, and building effective school systems. She believes that education extends beyond academics and is committed to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are equipped with the values, resilience, and skills needed for life.Ms Ranjinidevi is also passionate about cultivating a strong reading culture within the school community.
