Senior Leadership

Ms Nor Shabeena holds a Bachelor in Business Management (Hons) from Northumbria University, UK. She also holds a Bachelor of Education (TESL) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) and went on to complete her Master of Education at Asia E University. She is the Head of REAL National School Junior and teaches English and Science at the junior level.At a very young age, Ms Nor Shabeena knew she wanted to teach, and her English teachers served as her inspiration. She began teaching at a private college before joining REAL Schools, and she has over 15 years of experience in the field. She regards REAL Schools to be her second home and looks forward to guiding more children in achieving academic success. She is held up as a role model for consistently bringing an upbeat and energetic demeanour to the school.Ms Nor Shabeena manages many school-related activities, including the Prefectorial Board. She frequently hosts school activities and formal ceremonies.In addition to teaching, Ms Nor Shabeena enjoys performing arts, particularly singing and dancing. She enjoys reading books as a means of broadening her knowledge.

Ms Norfadzilah graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) with a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Hons). She went on to graduate from Maktab Perguruan Islam with a Diploma Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah in Pengajian Bahasa Melayu. She teaches History at the secondary level at REAL Private National School.Ms Norfadzilah has been teaching at REAL Schools for 15 years and is an inspiring teacher. She is admired for her simplicity and easygoing personality, as well as her dedication to her work and teaching. She committed to making History a fun and engaging subject in her classroom, and she felt fulfilled when her students enjoyed learning History. She was also given the REAL Teacher Excellent Award in 2015, as well as the Teachers Excellent Attendance Award.In her free time, she enjoys cooking new recipes and travelling to new places whenever feasible.
