- The Assessment, Registration, and International School Tuition Fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. The Deposit is non-transferable, but refundable subject to the fulfilment of terms & conditions in the Admission Contract.
- International School Fees can be paid twice yearly: 1st payment by August and 2nd payment by February. A 2% surcharge per month is incurred on outstanding fees for all late and overdue payments.
- Enjoy a 3% rebate on Tuition Fees upon making full year’s fee payment. Payment must be made before the 1st term of the new academic year in September (i.e. by August).
- For non-Malaysian students, student’s visa must be approved by immigration in order to be accepted into REAL International School Shah Alam. A standard levy / visa application & other administrative fees would be charged where applicable. Extra charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
- The above fees do not cover school uniforms and books.
- All international school fees and information are correct at the time of printing and subject to change without prior notice.
- REAL International School Shah Alam reserves the right to review and amend the fees on a yearly basis.
- Sibling discounts are available to families with two or more children simultaneously enrolled at REAL International School Shah Alam. Sibling discounts apply to Tuition Fees only, and are applied in descending order of age with the eldest child being the first child, second eldest being the second child and so forth.
- Sibling discounts will be re-determined based on this order with any changes to the enrolment status of the siblings (for example due to new enrolments, graduations, or withdrawals). Below are the sibling discount rates offered at all REAL Schools campuses:

- A 3% Early Bird Discount (EBD) is available for payment made in full of the whole year annual Tuition Fee only, if paid on or before 30 calendar days before the first official day of the academic day. The EBD total discount shall not exceed 12% per student per year. Any students receiving more than 12% will be ineligible to apply for EBD, such as Real Kids or Corporate Package deal.
- For non-Malaysia students, the student’s visa must be approved by Immigration in order to be accepted into the School. A standard levy / visa application & other administrative fees would be charged where applicable. Extra charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
- The above fees do not cover school uniform, books, transportation, meals and visa.

- The School reserves the right to review and amend the fees on a yearly basis.
- Alumni Discount • Applicable to children of REAL Schools Shah Alam alumni. • 20% discount off annual tuition fees. The discount is valid for the first year of enrolment only and mutually exclusive of any other concession or promotion including sibling discounts.
