Arvinraj Batumalai is an education professional with extensive experience in both academic leadership and teaching. Currently, he serves as the Head of National at REAL Private and International School, Johor Bahru, where he leads the primary school operations, ensuring a high standard of academic excellence and student development. His role includes overseeing curriculum implementation, managing staff performance, and creating a supportive environment for both students and educators to thrive.Arvin's work at REAL Schools involves close collaboration with the academic and administrative teams to drive continuous improvements and deliver exceptional learning outcomes. He plays a crucial role in maintaining the school's reputation for delivering holistic education while supporting students in their journey toward personal and academic success.Before joining REAL Schools, Arvin held the position of Head of Academic at Kasturi Academy, where he was responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of seven tuition centers across Klang Valley. These centers provided tuition services for both primary and secondary national school students as well as IGCSE students. Under his leadership, the centers delivered significant improvements in student performance and operational efficiency.Arvin also brings rich teaching experience from his roles at Fairview International School, Kuala Lumpur, where he taught Biology in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and NCUK curriculum, and at Taylor's University, Sunway Campus, where he was an A-Level Biology Lecturer.
