Ms. Siti Fatimah Binti Kamarudin is a passionate Early Years educator at REAL Schools, where she teaches Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics, Agama, Science, and Art & Craft. She holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies from Teesside University (2015) and a Diploma in Islamic Early Childhood Education from the International Islamic College (2013). Additionally, she completed the Kursus PERMATA in 2018.
Ms. Siti Fatimah began her teaching journey in 2013 and has been dedicated to educating preschoolers for over a decade. Her practicum at RKSSS Cheras Campus in 2015 led to a full-time position, marking the start of her enduring commitment to REAL Schools Cheras Campus.
She thrives in the supportive and diverse team environment at REAL Schools, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, staff, and parents. Ms. Siti Fatimah is eager to continue learning and developing new skills within this nurturing community.
Inspired by Benjamin Franklin's words, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn,” Ms. Siti Fatimah emphasizes active involvement and hands-on learning in her teaching philosophy. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring nature with her family and reading.
Ms. Siti Fatimah has made significant contributions to REAL Schools, including her role as a taskforce member for the Gen 8 RealKids curriculum, where she completed work on the BM Core-P3 in 2021. She also played a key role in choreographing the market scene dances for the annual concert in 2023/2024, alongside Puan Wati.
Ms. Siti Fatimah Binti Kamarudin’s dedication to early childhood education, her collaborative spirit, and her commitment to continuous learning make her a valued member of the REAL Schools community. Her contributions have enriched the educational experience for her students and colleagues alike.
