XCL Education Malaysia welcomes interest from suppliers who share our commitment to quality, integrity and value for money. This page explains how we buy, how to register as a supplier and who to contact.

How We Procure

Purchasing for all XCL schools in Malaysia – Sri KDU Schools, REAL Schools and REAL Kids is managed centrally by the Procurement team at our Central Office. We select suppliers through quotations or competitive tender, depending on the value and nature of the requirement, and evaluate every submission against pre-agreed criteria covering quality, reliability, service and price. All contracts are issued by Procurement on XCL's standard terms. 

We are guided by three principles: open and fair competition, transparency, and value for money. 

Purchase Orders

No goods or services should be supplied to any XCL school without an authorised purchase order issued by Procurement. Individual schools and staff are not authorised to place orders or enter into agreements on behalf of XCL Education Malaysia. Orders placed without an authorised purchase order will not be recognised and will not be paid. 

Supplier Registration

To be considered for opportunities, suppliers must first register with Procurement by providing:

  • A completed and signed Vendor Registration Form
  • A copy of the company's Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) profile
  • A signed Conflict of Interest declaration

Registration enables us to include you in future quotation and tender invitations; it does not guarantee any award of business.

Invoicing and Payment

Invoices must quote the purchase order number and be sent to purchasing@xcledu.my once goods or services have been delivered. Payment is made in accordance with the terms of the purchase order or contract.

Ethical Conduct

XCL expects the highest standards of integrity from its suppliers. We do not accept any inducement intended to influence a purchasing decision, and suppliers are required to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest involving XCL staff.
