Dr Jeffery Louis, Campus Principal of REAL Schools Shah Alam Campus, is a true leader in education bringing 34 years of education and corporate management experience to REAL Schools Shah Alam Campus. Starting his career as a teacher in government schools, rising to be an innovative and creative Senior Lecturer and leader with Stamford Group, SEGI, INTI, HELP and Limkokwing University. A trainer and Head of Learning and Development with Proton, Director of Marketing with Allson Hospitality Group and international consultant roles in education development. Currently a Council Member of the National Association of Private Education Institutions, Exco Member at Judo Association Malaysia leading Judo Development and a Senior Instructor at Malaysian Shorin Ryu Seibukan Karate Association Malaysia. A true leader in education and sports development in Malaysia.

He believes education is all about being innovative, creative and transformational. His doctorate is in education leadership and Humanitarian Services, with a Master in Business Administration (International Business), a Certified Master Trainer and a Physical Education coach in various sports and development programmes. A man who believes in discipline and a firm believer in creating leaders of tomorrow today. Being the best and doing the best is his nature. He motivates and develops students with a Champion mindset. He transforms lives with education at his heart. His motto has always been 'NEVER GIVE UP, KEEP TRYING AS WE ARE ALL CHAMPIONS'.

Ms Evelina Silveira is a highly successful educator, with almost 40 years’ experience in both academia and management roles in private education. She joined REAL Group in 2000. She holds a teaching qualification from Maktab Perguruan Ilmu Khas ( Teachers Training College) Kuala Lumpur.

She is passionate about creativity and as a team player, she was awarded Excellence Award and an award for Dependability. With her vast experience and qualification, and the enthusiasm she brings to learning for children she is dedicated to ensuring quality education in REAL Schools.

Mr Fazli has been dedicated to the field of education for more than 20 years. He has experience in various school leadership and teaching roles for the Secondary National KSSM and International Curriculums. He completed his first degree in a Bachelor of Human Sciences and Heritage (Hons) and obtained the Diploma in Professional Teaching Competency from the Institute of Education IIUM in 2001.

He believes that certain principles and practices are prerequisites of successful learning and good behaviour. He is approachable, supportive and fair leader, yet willing to make the tough calls. He has set high expectation that stimulating learning and teaching environment for students and demonstrated consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which are expected of students and teachers in REAL School National Senior.

He has grounded by his own core value that "Every single child has the capacity to successfully grow and learn".
