Mr. James lives by this quote, which has inspired him to become the person he is today. He is the Principal of REAL International School and has vast experience in the education industry. He earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from Ohio University, Magna cum Laude. He went on to complete his Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Mr James has experience training and coaching teachers, and he is enthusiastic about helping students connect classroom lessons to practical knowledge in the real world.He is very committed and passionate about coaching and developing others, especially in the education industry.

Mr James is a Teach for Malaysia alumnus with extensive experience teaching at a special needs school in East Malaysia. He is very active and has previously been a speaker at TEDxUniversity of Malaya and a panellist at Webinar Sesi Explorasi Guru Celik Kewangan.

Apart from that, he is passionate about football too.

This quote inspired Mr. Bryce, and it fueled his passion to teach and become an educator. He graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Science (Microbiology). He teaches English, Global Perspective, and Drama to both primary and secondary students at REAL International School.

Mr. Bryce is from New Zealand and has extensive teaching and educational experience. Prior to joining REAL Schools, he began teaching in New Zealand, then moved on to China and Taiwan before coming to Malaysia to teach at REAL Schools. He believes that the school's emphasis on experiential learning in the classroom will better equip students with the skills they need to be ready for the real world.

Mr. Bryce is passionate about learning other languages, having previously learned Mandarin and is now working on learning Italian. He also enjoys travelling and discovering new places, and in his free time he enjoys hiking and working out.

Ms Shamini graduated from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) with a Degree (BSc) in Analytical and Environmental Chemistry. She later earned her Master of Science (MSc) degree in Instrumental Analytical Chemistry from the University of Malaya (UM). She teaches Science, Coordinated Chemistry and Chemistry at REAL International Secondary School. She is a highly motivated, enthusiastic educator who is eager to learn and gain as much knowledge as possible in Chemistry.

Ms Shamini has 5 years of teaching experience at an international and private school. She joined REAL Schools this year because she believes in the school's excellent reputation for the quality of its teaching and the students' excellent behaviour. She is very interested in broadening her chemistry experience and applying it by teaching her students.

She usually spends her free time reading or playing badminton. She enjoys travelling the most because she enjoys discovering new cities and places around the world, as well as gaining new experiences.

Ms Shamini is a very active teacher who took part in the STEM Club Activity. She also received the Star Awards from the 1Malaysia Indian Student Movement in 2013.

This quote moved Mr Rugnesvaran and inspired him to do his best as an educator. He holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak. He then earned a Master of Education degree from UNITAR International University.

Mr Rugnesvaran is a highly experienced teacher with over ten years of teaching experience who has been with REAL Schools for two years. Prior to that, he taught at a private and international school, which broadened his teaching experience. He believes that learning in the classroom should be enjoyable and engaging and that students should receive all of the support they entail from the teacher.

He is also very involved in school, having organised Young Entrepreneurs Day at REAL Schools and hopes to do more in the future. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and baking.

Ms Nur Hanisah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Digital Film and Television from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. She then went on to complete her Masters of Education in Curriculum Development at the University of Malaya, where she is now in her final year. She teaches History, Drama, Global Perspective, and Design Technology at the primary level at REAL International School.

Ms Nur Hanisah has seven years of teaching experience and previously taught at private schools and learning centres before joining REAL Schools. She is a dedicated teacher who enjoys teaching and seeing her students succeed both academically and socially.

Ms Nur Hanisah is well-known for her active involvement in the school, and she recently received the REAL's Most Creative Teacher 2022 (International) award. She enjoys writing and reading, as well as listening to educational podcasts and watching YouTube videos.

Mr. Ling Weng Seng is an enthusiastic teacher who loves positivity to each classroom. He approaches education responsibly and is always up for the challenge he may face as a teacher. Mr. Ling has 20 years experience and passion in teaching Physics with a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering from MMU.

Mr. Ling believes that a good teacher isn't someone who gives the answers to their students, but one who is understanding of their needs and challenges, and gives them the right guidance to succeed. Hence, REAL Schools have been the perfect ground for him as here, it's beyond educating children but preparing them for the REAL challenges out there. He enjoys working at REAL Schools as he believes this is a place with strong and effective leaders, where parents are active and where kids want to be.

In his free time, Mr. Ling keeps himself active by hiking and playing badminton.

Ms. Wong Shi Yee has a Bachelor of Chinese Studies (Hons) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. She is the Mandarin teacher at REAL International School, Cheras who produces students with 100% passing rate on IGCSE examinations. She has previously worked at goverment schools and also was a Senior Trainer in Brain Power Development Centre.

Ms. Wong is known to be a very attentive teacher as she believes in doing everything with love and care.

She also loves travelling and reading during her spare time.

Ms Leong Jia Wen has a Bachelor Degree in Chinese Studies from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. She later persued her education in the National Chang Hua University of Education in Taiwan and graduated with a Master's Degree in Education. She currently teaches Chinese as a First Language / Chinese as a Second Language / Chinese Mandarin Foreign Language at the secondary level at REAL International School.

Ms Leong is a very optimistic person who believes that living in the present moment gives the opportunity to make the impossible possible.

Mr. Aiman Shabil teaches Music and Bahasa Melayu at REAL International School. He has a Diploma in Music from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He developed the love and passion for music when he was in primary school which lead him to take up learning instruments by joining school bands, Istana Budaya Big Band and Youth Symphony Orchestra(YSO). He's been involved in music gigs and has been teaching since 2010.

He believes that REAL Schools Cheras is the place where students can be comfortable with who they are, gain confidence by getting involved in school activities and events, ultimately learn real world skills and moral values with friends in the best enviroment.

Mr. Aiman has got his students involved in projects such as the School musical organised by Art & Design department Kristella, Pyramid Myth 2017 and Tale of Lucy. He was also awarded the "Perfect attendance award" in June 2022.

Ms. Siti Ramah is our Bahasa Melayu and Islamic Studies teacher. Ms. Siti Ramah has 28 years of experience being a teacher, IGCSE examiner, Head of Examinations and now, she’s the Head of Department at REAL International Secondary School. As an educator, she is committed to producing a young generation with vision no matter where they are.

Students, parents, and co-workers are a big part of why Ms. Siti Ramah loves teaching at REAL Schools Cheras. Among Ms. Siti Ramah’s biggest achievements in her time here with REAL Schools Cheras is when she was awarded the Excellent Achievement Award for PMR and SPM History 2005 & 2009. In addition to that, in 2022, one of her students broke the world record for the IGCSE Malay Language subject.

Apart from teaching, Ms. Siti Ramah enjoys travelling, playing sports, reading, and cooking in her free time.

Mr Mohamad Hafizuddin is a very active teacher who currently teaches PE, Bahasa Melayu, and Design and Technology at REAL International Secondary School.He holds a Bachelor of Sports Science degree from the University Teknologi MARA (UITM).

Mr Mohamad's life motto is "don't stop when you're tired, but stop when you're done," which has led to him being both a dedicated football coach and an active footballer who currently represents the state at the national level. With extensive experience in sports science, he aspires to make REAL School Cheras a school that not only excels in producing students with good academics, but also in producing national level athletes in athletics.

He has received numerous awards for her active participation in the past, including the Anugerah Remaja Perdana (Silver) from the Youth and Sports Ministry, the Malaysia Book of Records 24 Marching UiTM, the Malaysia Book of Records 30 Mountain Climbing, and the Malaysia Army's Second Lieutenant (reserve unit ROTU).

Mr Mohamad enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and camping in his free time, in addition to teaching and sports.

Ms Lim received her Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (CTCSOL - ) from Singapore's HSK Crestar Centre. She then earned a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Management from Jinan University in China and a Master of Arts in Chinese Language Studies from Southern University College in Malaysia.

Coming from a large family of nine siblings and being a triplet herself, she loves and is happy being surrounded by children, which is when she realised she had a calling to be a teacher. She is an experienced teacher who began teaching Mandarin in Singapore in 2005 and has over 18 years of teaching experience in Singapore and Malaysia.

Ms Lim enjoys being a Mandarin teacher because she understands how difficult it is for students to learn the literacy of the language, and she is very proud of them when they can converse and progress well in learning the language, especially since many of them begin with zero basic.

She enjoys listening to good music and drawing in her free time. She also enjoys travel and discovering new places.

Ms Premavathy earned a Bachelor of Communication and English as an International Language (EIL) from Brigham Young University - Hawaii. She teaches English as a Second Language (ESL) and Global Perspective at the secondary level at REAL International School.

Ms Premavathy has extensive experience in the education industry and is also capable of guiding and counselling.She is also an excellent teacher with a strong interest in education and the development of young minds. Her years of experience with REAL Schools have given her the opportunity to educate, guide, and care for students.

Ms Premavathy is actively involved in school activities and recently organised a 'We Care' Project, which was successfully completed in collaboration with RIS students by donating to charitable organisations.

Apart from teaching, Ms Premavathy enjoys cooking and baking, as well as reading in her free time.

Ms Faizah is our Biology and Bahasa Melayu teacher She has 12 years of teaching experience, including IGCSE Biology and IGCSE Malay Foreign Language. She is the current Head of Science and was previously the Head of CCA and Events. She graduated from Management & Science University with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Hons) (MSU).

Ms Faizah is a very passionate teacher who is always there to support her students, and she is ecstatic when she sees her students grow and achieve greater heights in life.

Ms Faizah enjoys gardening outside of the classroom and reading the latest research and news to broaden her knowledge.

Mr Saley obtained a Diploma in French Language from the University of Lyon in France, as well as a Bachelor of Human Sciences in Political Science and a Bachelor of Islamic Law & Jurisprudence from International Islamic University in Malaysia. He went on to earn his Master's degree in Political and International Relations (Strategic & Security Studies) and his Ph.D in Political and International Relations (Strategic & Security Studies) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He also holds a Cambridge Diploma for Teachers & Trainers from Taylor University, Malaysia.

Mr Saley has over 23 years of experience in the education setting, beginning as a lecturer at a private university before joining REAL Schools. He teaches French at REAL International School's primary and secondary levels. He believes that education can change people's lives and recognises that learning a foreign language can be difficult, which inspires him to educate them to learn a new language with passion and sincerity. He received numerous awards for his outstanding achievements, including the Most Patient Award in 2015 and the Monk Award in 2022.

Mr Saley enjoys reading books to broaden his knowledge because he believes that knowledge and education are lifelong pursuits. He also enjoys sports and is a nature lover who likes to retreat into nature.

Mr Kaviventhan earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Biosystem Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). He teaches Mathematics at the secondary level at REAL International School.

Mr Kaviventhan has over seven years of teaching experience and taught Mathematics and Additional Mathematics for two years at a well-known international school in Kuala Lumpur before joining REAL Schools in 2018. He understands the difficulties that all students face, particularly when learning mathematics, and this inspires him to try incorporating a fun and experiential learning experience with his students to ensure that they enjoy learning the subjects.

Mr Kaviventhan is an outdoor person who is very passionate about sports, particularly football, and enjoys playing football in his leisure time.

Ms Shafizah has been teaching Art and Design from KS1 to KS4 for the past 13 years, and she began her teaching career at Kolej Tuanku Jaafar. She graduated from MARA University of Technology with a background in Art and Design and a Major in Graphic Design. She is now obtaining her Harvard University Higher Education Teaching certificate. She enjoys guiding architectural portfolios with graduated high school students that want to pursue a career in architecture. In 2010, one of her coached students got accepted into the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Glasgow.

Ms Shafizah is a skilled and resourceful art teacher who has expertise teaching art production, art history, and art appreciation as well as producing interdisciplinary and open-ended classes. She brings strong organizational and motivational skills to her classroom and keeps students engaged and helps them build self-confidence in creating art.

She has the capacity to foster student creativity and motivation through positive reinforcement, ensuring that each child succeeds and feels secure in their own skills. One of her students won first place in an International Walt Disney Art Competition open to all international schools in Malaysia during her second year teaching at Cempaka School.

Ms. Aina is inspired by this quote as she believes that life and her dedication as an educator should always be guided and driven by love. The love that she has for English, for her students and for her to share her passion with them.

She graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Master in World Literature. She teaches English as a First Language to secondary students and Drama to primary students at REAL International School.

Ms. Aina enjoys being in nature, hiking and discovering new places. She has hiked the mountains in Perak and is excitedly planning her next hiking trips. But what she loves more is to be immersed in the boundless adventure a good book can offer. Ms. Aina also loves arts and the theatre. She is a regular patron of Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre and National Art Gallery. In university, she was actively involved in the theatrical productions of The Great Gatsby, Gormenghast and Peter Pan.

She believes that while it is important to cultivate a healthy body by being outside, it is as essential to nourish the mind creatively.

Ms Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics from UNITAR International University. She teaches Mathematics and Additional Mathematics at the secondary level at REAL International School.

Ms Rebecca is an experienced teacher with a positive outlook on life as an educator. She is a very enthusiastic teacher with a strong sense of accomplishment when she sees her students grow and develop in their lives. She is a firm believer that a good education can transform anyone, but that being a good teacher can transform everything.

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and bowling in addition to teaching.
