Admission Process

Step 1: Enquiry

  • Please click on the link to the enquiry form or scan the QR Code at the school, and fill in the form.
  • Our Marketing & Admissions Department will contact you to make an appointment for a school tour and consultation.
  • They will help you complete the Enquiry Form to prepare for the next step, which is “Assessment & Interview”.
  • The non-refundable Assessment Fee must be paid. Payment can in cash,cheque / bank draft or bank transfer. Proof of payment (e.g. bank in slip or screen capture of transaction) is required and can be submitted either by email or in person. 

Step 2: Assessment & Interview

  • Applicants are scheduled for an assessment only after the enquiry form is completed and the non-refundable assessment fee paid.
  • The nature of the assessment varies for different year groups and may include a meeting with a member of the academic staff. This process is designed to ensure that the placement of all children will best meet their educational and personal requirements. 
  • After the initial assessment & interview, if everything is in order, there will be a personal interview between the student and the respective school principal, where the applicant’s overall suitability will be assessed.

Step 3: Enrolment

  • If the application is successful, a Letter of Offer will be issued.
  • To accept the offer, payment of the required fees, stated in the Letter of Offer, must be made before the expiry of the Offer.
  • The completed Admission Kit and all Supporting Documents (see checklist below) must be submitted before enrolment.
  • Registration Fee and Deposit must be paid before enrolment.

  • 1 x student’s birth certificate/ passport / IC
  • 1 x student’s most recent school report and school leaving certificate
  • 8 x (Non-Malaysian) / 4x (Malaysian) student’s recent passport-sized photographs
  • 1 x both parents’ passport / IC
  • 1 x original copy of Guardian’s Letter of Appointment (if applicable)
  • 1 x parents’ recent passport-sized photographs
  • A non-refundable Registration Fee
  • A refundable Deposit (Terms and Conditions apply)
  • A copy of UPSR / PMR results for Secondary level
  • Application for Admission Form
