Dr Goh Chee Leong
CEO of R.E.A.L Education Group Sdn Bhd
Dr Goh Chee Leong served in the HELP Education group for 20 years and was the founding CEO for HELP Education Services, which established two international schools in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. Dr Goh was also the founder and Dean of the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences at HELP University, Kuala Lumpur, which houses one of the largest Psychology programmes in South East Asia with over 1,400 full-time students.
He was the past President for the ASEAN Regional Union of Psychological Societies (ARUPS) and past President of the Malaysian Psychological Association (PSIMA) and has also been appointed Consultant Psychologist for MENSA Malaysia.
Dr Goh obtained his PhD in Psychology from the University of Otago in New Zealand, where he was conferred the Otago Postgraduate Award.
He has served as project leader for eight UNICEF projects in Malaysia, including a capacity-building project in tsunami-affected communities in Kedah, the development of a national child trauma response team, a bully prevention intervention in Malaysian schools, and a positive discipline initiative in schools.
Dr Goh has served as an external consultant and trainer with Shell, Ogilvy and Mather, Petronas, Maxis, MISC, CIMB, Public Mutual, Prudential, Standard Chartered Bank, Digi, Great Eastern, Kraft, Sime Darby, Bank Negara, Prudential, Hitachi, Mimos, Toyota and BASF. His areas of specialization include the application of psychology to change management, talent management, conflict mediation, customer service, people management, stress management,
talent management and leadership.
He is a columnist for parenting issues for Parenthood Magazine (Malaysia and Singapore) and has conducted numerous workshops for parents around the country. To date over 5,000 parents have attended his parenting sessions.

Over his past 34 years of service in education, Dr Jeffery has taken on multiple roles and positions which include, among others - Head of College at Sri College, Director of AVETSA Education Australia, Director of Studies at the International University of Arts and Sciences, COO and Principal of Melaka International School & Malacca College of Science & Management, Senior Vice President of Academic Marketing & Business Development at Bostonweb Education Group, and Director of International Development at Limkokwing University. He is also a key strategic advisor within NAPEI and PEMANDU’s goals in achieving an overall national education framework.

Ms Pearly Ng

Having been devoted to education in Singapore and Malaysia for over a decade, Ms Pearly has overseen various areas that include Academic Programme Management, University Placement Services, and Education Regulatory Affairs with the Ministry of Education and bodies like the Cambridge Assessment International Education. She has taught previously at Republic Polytechnic Singapore and also led the A-Levels programme at Sunway College, Johor Bahru prior to joining R.E.A.L.
Ms Pearly is an advocate for 21st century learning and teaching as well as problem-based learning approaches when it comes to educating students. She holds a Master’s degree of Science in Biotechnology from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor of Science from University of Malaya. She is also a certified Cambridge Science Examiner.
With a deep passion for education, Ms Pearly always strives to instill a love of learning in her students. She believes that acquiring time and work management skills are paramount to becoming a great leader.

Dr Murali Tharan

Dr Murali has over 34 years of experience in education. Having studied TESOL before beginning his career in education, he then pursued his bachelor’s, masters and doctorate degrees in Political Science which he obtained from USM.
For many years he has played key leadership and training roles in the Ministry of Education, particularly in the area of teacher training, serving as a senior lecturer in various teacher training colleges around the country. He is well published in the area of leadership, education, diplomacy, and political science

Dr Murali is the recipient of numerous awards; namely the Excellence Service Award, Academic Lecturer Excellence Award from the Ministry of Education Malaysia, and Tutor Excellence Award from Open University of Malaysia. He has shown great interest in reading, research-based work, music, and learning about other cultures and customs. With that, he brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills to his role as Academic Head of R.E.A.L Schools, Cheras Campus.
