* All documents must be translated into English, notarized, and endorsed by the Embassy of Malaysia or Malaysian High Consulate of applicant’s residing country.
** An original copy of Guardian’s Letter of Appointment is required from parents should guardianship is involved. Additionally, guardian must also submit the above documentations as per parents.

Applicants are scheduled for an assessment only after the application for admission is complete, along with the assessment fee.We will first refer to the following Placement Chart to determine your child’s age appropriate grade. Once it is determined, assessment test and interview will assist us in finalizing your child’s placement in the most appropriate grade in our school.
If the application is successful, a Letter of Offer will be issued. The acceptance of the offer must be made prior to the stipulated date in the offer letter.
The payment of the remaining required fees constitutes the acceptance of a place and therein confirms the place for the child. Where places are not available, applicants are placed on a waiting list for admission.
All foreign students are required to study in Malaysia with student visas. The process of getting a student visa application approved will take approximately 2 months. Hence, we strongly advise you to submit your complete application materials two months ahead the commencement of our intakes.
Once we obtain your student visa approval letter (SVAL) from the Malaysian Immigration Department, we will send you the said approval. Subject to the regulations in your country, you may need to make use of such approval to apply for a single entry visa from the nearest Embassy of Malaysia / Malaysian High Consulate before entering Malaysia.
Once you have sorted out your visa issues and are ready to depart for Malaysia, you are required to immediately inform us your arrival details, as follows, so that we can proceed with arranging airport reception for you:
- Date of arrival
- Time of arrival
- Flight number
It is mandatory that you be received by our school representative at the airport for us to you in getting clearance from the Immigration Department. Hence, do look out for our staff, who will be awaiting you before the immigration counters that are at the same level of the ‘Baggage Claim’.
We will send you to our hostel by our pick-up staff upon Immigration clearance. The same staff will guide you on the subsequent steps living in Malaysia.
